Uncle John's makes boat kits in 3 styles: canoe, skiff (with sail option) and jon boat. The canoe is available in lengths from 12' to over 15'. The small skiff boat kits can be used for either rowing or sailing or with a small motor. Their
kits have the advantage of containing only the precut “difficult parts”
– you supply the rest of the lumber and other simple supplies. So you can build one of their boats starting at very reasonable prices.
